Hellooo, guys! I'm back.

I know it's been about 5 months since I last updated, but I've been going through a lot recently, so the time to post has gone down to a minimum. 

~

I will be posting more often now though, especially since school has started again. We're back in full swing! I'll let the waves of the year push me to post more.

~

I'll be back soon, because I have something new that I want to share with you guys, but for now, that's it!

guys! it's 25 days into 2015 and i haven't acknowledged my blog since who knows when!!! i've missed blogging tbh hahaha

there's so much to tell you about i'm so hdhisjswbs rn bc i have been through heaven and hell in the past month or two and i'm still trudging my way through it, but where should i begin?

[ HEY THERE GUYS I HAVEN'T POSTED IN LIKE A MONTH OR TWO AND I FEEL HORRIBLE OKAY SO I SHALL START POSTING AGAIN BUT LET ME GET THIS RANDOM DRAFT THAT I FOUND ON MY POSTS - I THINK I WAS SUPPOSED TO POST THIS WHEN IT WAS DECEMBER BUT I GOT CAUGHT UP IN SOME HULLABALOO ANYWAY THEYRE STILL TRUE SO HERE YOU GO - OUT OF THE WAY FIRST BEFORE I FREAK OUT MORE ABOUT CHRISTMAS BREAK AND THE NEW YEAR AND EVERYTHING BEFORE AFTER AND IN BETWEEN MWA LOVE U GUYS ]

reflected thoughts over the past few weeks (about two months, I guess?):

~

You'd be surprised as to how much can happen in one month.

~

You'll realize that friendship is more important that romantic relationships when friendship problems make you more unstable than the "moving on process" does. 

~

Losing people? That's inevitable. But being alone? That's inevitable too. So as long as you're with the right people, you're gonna be okay. 

~

There will come a time when you realize you have to rely on yourself to make the right decisions, no matter what anyone else tells you to do.

~

People will pretend to care about you but end up being the ones slowly cutting slit after slit on your arms. 

~

Moving on is difficult, but usually necessary.

~

Nobody on this Earth owns you, so don't let anyone tell you what to do with your life.

~

Hold the people you love close while you can, because sooner or later, life is going to screw both of you over in unimaginable ways.

~

Pretending to be okay all the time (especially when you aren't) is slow suicide.

~

Malicious people (along with their allegations, accusations, and assumptions) will always be there. Just remember - "he who alleges, proves".

~

"Tired" can range from 'I didn't get enough sleep last night' to 'I'm about to have a breakdown and I want to die'. Be careful.

~

Moving on quickly doesn't necessarily mean you're a strong person. Sometimes it just means you didn't really care for the person you're moving on from in the first place.

~

Sometimes the best way to let a person know that you're done caring is to just disappear from their life. Loss kills just as bad as familiarity does.

~

A lot of people live their lives making choices thinking about the betterment of others. Don't forget about your own happiness in the midst of trying to satisfy the crowd.

~

There are some people who apologize even if they don't know what they're apologizing for. Those apologies are not sincere.

~

and there's a lot more that i want to share with you guys, but the depths of my mind are a bit difficult for me to fathom right now, so i'll see you next time.

Hey everybody! *waves*

~

Today, we had a field demonstration for our PE class.

~

I don't really know what a "field demo" entails, actually. I've been asking people about it for like, a week, but it turns out they don't know either. 

~

Well, anyway, we did a bunch of stunts and dances and it was actually pretty fun!

~

Here's a shoutout to Marielle, Kitkat, Stacey, and Janelle for leading our section like pros *sparkle emoji*

~

Also, here's a shoutout to Andrea (not part of St. Anne but still) because daaamn, girl. That was some fine flexibility. *claps*

~

If you've got Instagram and aren't a already following her @andrealisticxl then you should. Check out some of her stunts (do you call them stunts? idk) there. 

~

We got second place in the contest between the other sections in our batch. Catherine got third and Elizabeth got first.

~

It was a pretty amazing miracle that we actually got second considering that we only started practicing legitimately a few hours before we performed. Heh.

With all the talk about love these days, (or, well, there seems to be a lot of talk about it in my life, I don't know about yours), I have the urge to join in on the hullabaloo. Here goesss 

~

reflected thought of today (and pretty much of the past week ha): So like, I know this saying, "if you think you love two people at once, always choose the second, because if you really loved the first, there wouldn't be a second". 

But then of course, someone in the world out there will probably counter with, "but first love never dies"! 

Right here, right now, in this place, I can think of one love triangle with this situation.

It makes me sad to know that I can actually think of three real people with this problem. Damn. What has the world of high schoolers become? *shivers*

Honestly, I've read about at least 500  quotes about love in the past month thanks to Instagram, and if I had to choose between these two principles to give advice to someone in a love triangle, I'd probably ignore both and just tell the kid to lay off and figure out his/her life before entangling it with someone else's. To me, it's the right thing to do, for the sole reason that less people get hurt that way. 

Most people get hurt in love because their feelings confuse them, and even though time is a luxury no one has, sometimes we just need to take what you can get to deal with whatever's going on in this heart of ours and make sense of it.

I don't know, maybe we're all just a bunch of losers who're looking for someone to be head over heels in love with, even if you do have to vie for his/her attention against someone else. 

We're sappy and weird and kind of suicidal that way.

One thing that I could definitely agree with though, is this: "we are all curious to what might hurt us".

And that, my friends, is why most of us here on Earth are looking for this kind of thing; because what hurts more than being in love, right?
